There was a fire in a penthouse next to our office. An old woman living there had had problems with her toaster the same morning, she told the police. While I rushed to take photos of my workmates taking photos of the fire - I discovered a hideous truth about my compact camera. A metal ring around the lens fell off and revealed the true nature of Rollei XF 35. I guess the re-branding engineers didn't look 30 years into the future.
